Refund Policy & Order Cancellation

1 Nature of Digital Products & Instant Delivery
All products available on ChordGitar Academy are purely digital educational materials (curriculum content, interactive chord solvers, tabulature archives, chord diagrams, and music theory modules).
Upon successful payment verification through our authorized payment channels (Tripay QRIS/Virtual Account, Manual BCA Bank Transfer, or International Merchant of Record), access rights are activated instantly to the registered user account without physical delivery.
2 7 (Seven) Calendar Day Technical Issue Guarantee
Because digital content can be accessed and studied immediately upon activation, all purchases are generally binding and final. However, to maintain service integrity and comply with consumer protection regulations in Indonesia, ChordGitar.in provides a 100% Refund Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Internal platform system failures prevent access to purchased materials despite verified payment status.
- Curriculum materials or interactive audio features experience severe technical malfunction on the user's device that our technical team cannot resolve within 3x24 hours of reporting.
- Accidental duplicate payments occurred for the exact same order. The excess payment will be refunded in full.
3 Conditions Ineligible for Refund
Refund requests cannot be granted if:
- The request is submitted more than 7 (seven) calendar days after the payment was successfully verified.
- The user has accessed or completed more than 50% of the lessons in the purchased package.
- Change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong package, or similar subjective personal reasons after accessing materials.
- Incompatibility with outdated user devices or non-standard browsers that do not support modern JavaScript.
- The account has violated our Terms of Service, such as unauthorized mass account sharing or unlawful scraping.
4 Automatic Cancellation of Pending Invoices
For users who create an order but have not completed payment:
- Invoices remain valid for 24 hours from creation.
- If unpaid by the deadline, orders are automatically canceled (expired) by the payment system.
- Cancellation of pending invoices carries no penalties, administration fees, or financial obligations.
- Users are welcome to place a new order anytime through the checkout page.
5 Refund Application Procedures
To submit a refund request meeting the criteria above:
