All guitar chords, harmonic progressions, chord diagrams, and lyrics displayed on ChordGitar.in are provided solely for educational purposes, personal music theory study, artistic appreciation, and musical practice (fair use for educational and musicological study). Copyright for musical compositions and lyrics remains entirely with the respective songwriters, musicians, and record labels.

3 Content Submissions & Interactive Music Tools

When you submit chords, lyric corrections, or new song chord versions to our platform, you grant ChordGitar.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to format, display, validate harmony, transpose, and distribute the material for widespread public music education.

Our platform provides intelligent harmonic computation tools (including sharp/flat Transpose calculators, Smart Capo Finder, Song Matcher / Chord Solver, and Easy Chords mode). All generated transposed and basic chords represent educational models and theoretical musical interpretations designed to aid beginner practice, and do not constitute official sheet music copies.

4 Code of Conduct & Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Submitting spam, abusive language, hate speech, or content that compromises catalog integrity or site infrastructure.
• Engaging in aggressive scraping, automated bulk database extraction, or actions that place unreasonable loads on search server infrastructure.
• Abusing copyright reporting forms or making fraudulent ownership claims over other musicians' works.

5 Copyright & DMCA Notice

We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of creators. If you are an authorized copyright holder and wish to adjust or request the removal of associated lyrics or materials, please visit and use our official form on the DMCA Notice page.

6 Limitation of Liability

ChordGitar.in services are provided "as is". While our editorial team strives to verify every chord progression through multi-tier validation, we are not liable for differences in individual musical interpretation during independent commercial performances.

7 Digital Product Purchases & Monetization (Music Theory Academy)

ChordGitar.in offers structured digital music learning packages (including Single Level modules, Foundation Bundle L0–9, and Lifetime All-Access Licenses). Official payment transactions are processed through authorized payment aggregators like Tripay (QRIS, Virtual Accounts BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, and retail store networks), Manual Bank Transfer BCA, and certified International Merchants of Record.

Digital module access rights are delivered instantly to the user's account immediately after payment verification by the payment gateway or system administrator.

8 Refund Policy & Order Cancellation

Given that our offerings are educational digital content accessible immediately upon activation, all package purchases are generally final. However, to protect customer satisfaction and uphold consumer rights, ChordGitar.in provides a 7 (Seven) Calendar Day Technical Issue Guarantee:

• Refund Criteria: A full refund (100%) can be requested if internal platform system errors prevent access activation or content cannot load on the user's device, and our technical support cannot resolve the issue within 3x24 hours of reporting.
• Pending Invoice Cancellation: Unpaid orders will automatically expire and cancel after 24 hours without any penalty or financial obligation to the user.
• Application Procedure: Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] with your Order ID, proof of payment, and technical issue details. Approved refunds will be transferred back within 1–3 business days.
